Company policies are impressive, but just for show. No work life balance, hard to get approval to avail earned leaves because of work load and lack of sufficient resources. At Max, you get 5 to 6 leaves in a year and rest will be carry forwarded and eventually it will lapse (this varies if you are on good side of your manager). Evensick leave will be questioned if you're under bad management. When your self respect is at stake, you have 3 options in my opinion - continue with same project by ignoring it, ask hr for project change (not sure how this works, probably you may need current manager approval and it may take a while) and finally leave the company. In my eyes, whenever an employee tries to leave the company when their values are at stake, company offers a different project runs under different management which is indirectly supporting wrong people in management level and promoting bad culture instead of investigating and set an example. They will force you to work on weekends once in a while without pay. Even on week days, you may have to work overtime apart from close days without pay and it varies based on project. In short, you will have comparatively good salary package and other benefits, but you have to put up with these things....Read More

No work life balance they treat you like a machine. Long hour shift 16 hrs 17 hrs is normal for them. Very bad culture.

There are issue with the leadership, especially with some team leaders who tend to be rude and unapproachable, which negatively impacts morale.
