Long hours of work, i have worked for good 16 hours a day for a month, in return I got appreciation email with coupons of 2000 rupees. Funny thing is I started developing signs of spondylitis. When I asked HR to give paid leaves due to medical reasons she told me that it's not in company policy. You have to die working for Accenture.

Nothing in Accenture is worth liking. The only big factor here was that they provide Work From Home till now, but even that is going away and Accenture has started calling people to office now. However, if you are getting hired at Analyst or Consultant level and want chaos, job-insecurity, and harassment, then this is the perfect company for you. This is also the BEST company for you if you're a Manager or a Senior Manager, because managers and senior managers are treated like gods here and you will be able to do literally ANYTHING with the careers of your juniors (the HRs won't even ask any questions from you)....Read More

NOTE: BIGGEST DISLIKE: Accenture has laid off 19,000 employees, and its laying off period is STILL not over. Come here at your own risk. You could get laid off within months of getting hired. Accenture has also banned any hike for this year (2023) and this is how it probably will be for the coming few years. Rest of the cons are as follows: 1. Managers and Senior Managers are gods in Accenture. They can destroy your career with their arbitrary feedback, and you will be put on PIP (Performance Improvement Plan; basically a 3-month period after which you'll get terminated without notice if you don't make them happy) immediately (no questions asked. You'll not get the opportunity to present your case AT ALL). 2. There is not 360 degree feedback, meaning that there's no process to let juniors give feedback to their managers. As such, managers are totally unhinged, and unconcerned about their attitude towards their juniors. This results into working late into night, staying in late and long calls which managers keep just to give long monologues to their juniors, and practically everyday harassment of different kinds. 3. Projects are chaotic. Accenture takes ANY kind of nonsensical projects and puts the onus on Analysts and Consultants to fulfill their "dreams" and laughable and unachievable project requirements (Managers and Senior Managers are immune). You can NEVER say no to any unreasonable demands of your manager/senior manager, and you WILL be put on PIP faster than you realize, if you display any sign of frustration at their unreasonable...Read More
