Before Covid I would like to work, from Covid onwards I don’t like, management behaving with employees is not okay

Dislikes

From last two years no hike no promotion also and hike come down to single digit, how employee can manage family parents, how employee will get motivation to work more and now days started extra work with out nothing, no motivation from management who are giving full effort to complete the work

No doubt Accenture is very good company compared to other MNCs like Genpact Capgemini Wipro TCS in terms of salary learning growth and work life balance also for job security.

Dislikes

Accenture is very good company but it can provide more salary than paying to its employees and there should be fixed promotion for the employees because the problem is here the internal project managerial team who does politics.

If your project is good then there is lot of learning opportunities in Accenture. 1. Keep working on yourself and ask for the role and work you want else you will feel monotonous doing same work 2. Keep learning and developing new skills if you want to grow.

Dislikes

Not much it's everywhere no company is perfect same the case with Accenture. 1. Sometime you feel your efforts not appreciated, 2. Promotion given to the closest one of supervisor even if the work done by other is no closer to yours, 3. They can give you any weird reason for not promoting you which has nothing to do with reality
