Dislikes

Worst management that ever experienced. Manager specially of Airoli Mumbai Tax Team is very worst, lots of micro management even top management and HR knows about it but no such action taken. Due to her worst behaviour whole SALT team has resigned. I personally advised if any one joining make sure that Sneha Poddar is not there, if she is there then don't join.

Everything sucks you up when you have a toxic manager & one among them is Sneha Poddar. Multiple escalations on her yet no action was ever taken against her. If she wants, you do or don’t work at all you stay & if she doesn’t want she will move mountains to fire you. I resigned within a month of my joining as I wasn’t being able to bear the stress she was causing for me. Above her is her godmother Shruti Deshmukh, no matter what sneha does, fairy god mother always supports her. Not just me but multiple people were mentally harassed by Sneha n still no action was ever taken. I highly recommend not to join the team if these two names pop up in the hierarchy....Read More
