Likes: I have been working in Accenture (non IT) for almost 4 years. Its a good place when you get good colleagues and not more.Some managers are helpful,you can enjoy when the project goes smoothly.They provide 2 ways cabs for everyone. It's good to the people who got into Accenture with experience. Dislikes: 1. You gonna work alot but can't earn when you joined as a fresher , base pay is too low around 11k take home and basic hike will be 5 - 10% sometime 0%
2. If you are in pilot process you will die as the lead will pressure you.
3. They gonna give shift like anything, rotational, early morning, night and *no shift allowance at all*
