Since I had moved here from Infosys, the salary hike I got was 50% which was good. It helped me level my salary somewhat with market standards. The internal hikes are not great though. It is usually in single digit.

1. The HR process is pathetic. The HR is never recheable. The appraisal process is not well structured, it is haphazard most of the times. There is no grievance process. 2. Most of the projects operate on older technologies, so there is minimum scope to unskilled yourself here. 3.
