Dislikes

Senior middle level management is spoiling the culture interms of understanding employees and grooming them for future. Leadership focus on skill development has deteriorated. Very bad in pay scale and growth

Perception Driven management at ADP India. People coming from outside, are not easily welcome and their ideas are not encouraged however the same ideas are implemented and come to light after 6 months. Unless you are ready to chatofy, you will not be protected
