Seniors, leader, people managers and managers are all biased and a lot of favouritism at each level and unfair conduct. Also, demotivating and humiliation. Specially in the MACS department (marketing, automation and creative services). No planning for resources hired, lack of projects. No clarity for review processes, hike etc. always changing rules. No guidance from department leaders.

Worst higher management. Lot's of micromanagement, you cannot work from home as per your own comfort. If you do wfh on non designated day then manager applies leave on your behalf. No team collaboration. No scope for skill development. You keep working on the legacy systems and tech stacks.
