Company kept loosing projects...it brought structural 5 time over and failed every single time...even management acknowledged this and their inability to revive the prospects...bunch of incapable rule the rooster...was once told by senior executive that skills matter 13%, the other 87% is about the relation that you with people who matter. That sums it all.
