Good work life balance in most of the projects. Salary hike is above average and good bonus if your review is good. Direct client interaction.

It's my perspective on my project not company Project and my manager is good Work is there, so get to to work with various clients and gain good exposure Bonus is paid upto 80% for sure which I feel is better than my previous org

Dislikes

Health Insurance is the worst No additional benefits I feel from the company Lot of cost cuttings.. If you work remotely, forget any benefits like team meet, outings, diwali or annual gifts. Promotions are ambiguous and very much opaque.

Dislikes

No growth and learning. No transparency and zero job security. People who has given many years to exl got fired a day after there project ended and they were not billable. Not employee friendly zero culture. Higher management is totally worthless

It's good place to work with, again it depends on the management you work under.

Dislikes

Hiring process is very slow. And JD won't clear enough on what role you will be interviewed. Had a bad experience recently, i have referred candidates for BA and project managers ( all are functional BAs and managers) but the interview was technical and for data analytics role which is totally irrelevant to the profiles.
