The work-life balance is decent, and there is ample time to upgrade your skills independently. However, apart from that, I haven't found much else to appreciate about Fujitsu

Japanese companies often show a lack of trust in Indian professionals. Fujitsu, in particular, doesn't offer many technically challenging projects; most of the work is documentation-focused. The notice period is three months, which is unusually long and often not accepted by other employers. Working here for an extended period may cause you to fall behind current market expectations, making it extremely difficult to find opportunities elsewhere in the event of job cuts....Read More

It's good to stay for some time but not a good place for long run.

Dislikes

No work life balance in certain projects, the schedule is so strict you won't get the opportunity to visit washroom as well. Some managers are mean for no reason.
