God work life balance. All fixed compensation.Good team management.

Dislikes

Low hike. Promotion cycle is very slow. Mostly project are handled from Pune and Chennai office so you won't feel part of team. May face partiality while working in Noida office. Lots of unnecessary documentation in Japanese Project.
