Depends completely on HR and RM. Worst company for freshers.

Dislikes

Freshers Please don't join in this company. They hire freshers to put on bench, no projects nothing. After one or two year, depending on rm's hr's mood they will terminate you without any reason. They will give just one week of time for the exist formalities. Joining formalities takes around 1-2 months.. Worst management.

HCL is a very good company for you if you have assigned with some project. It will provide you complete salary even though you are intern or in bench.

Dislikes

Mass layoffs in covid time they literally terminated 100s of people without showing any cause and they simply spoiled freshers careers without providing any technical training and without assigning any projects. Simply placed them on bench and terminated.
