Likes: Working with ICICI Bank is a pride. Amazing organisation to work. Unlimited sick leave and the organisation even reimburse huge medical bills beyond the medical coverage in case of severe medical ailment.

Easy to crack business
Dislikes: The most dislike thing was they have college based promotion system, means if someone is graduated from best institute, he/she will get promoted even if their performance is below average.
Likes: 1)After office time I am not received any office call from my seniors.
2)WebEx not happening in frequently.
3)I get more space to work freely in my department.
4)Get holidays on time as well as leave with out any questions from seniors. Dislikes: 1) Bank credit policy.

3) Delay to proceed customer request.
4) Top management support.
Likes: You get good exposure travelling from one state to another. You meet new people.
Dislikes: The work life balance is not that great. It is acutely disappointing.
