Extremely low amount of work
Very good job security.
Flexible works hours. Dislikes: One of the most low energy companies in the market. Teams are sluggish to respond to requirements and Bangalore tech centre is a support to Germany.
Most of the efforts go in organising team dinner and events which are absolutely worthless from career growth point of view.

Because of them only I put papers even I raised a complaint to HR but no action has been taken against that person. He was recruiting only Tamil people and giving them all the opportunities either it's onsite or it's any training nomination.
