Worklife balance is good since the company is offering WFA(work form anywhere)

Dislikes

appraisals and increments are not on time also CTC could be restructured based on companies market value. At present the company don't have much projects ,most of the companies project are legacy projects so exposure to new technologies is less. Also, the candidate gets interviewed for switching projects and switching projects is sometimes leads mostly make it worse.
