It has been 8 years I am working with Nagarro that makes half of my professional experience. The management here is quite adaptive and dynamic (true agile). Work life balance is amazing (of course 5% of the projects would be more demanding than the rest) and work from anywhere policy is working just fine for everyone. This is one ofthe best companies to work with in terms of job security. In the covid times when multiple accounts ramped down, the management decided a small % of salary cut (that too based on designations) to ensure we retain everyone in challenging times. Dislikes

this is not exception for Nagarro but the company needs to tale care of the older employees the same way they are brining fresh talent from the market. The salary bands have exploded in the last 2 years with existing folks falling at the bottom or middle of them.

No hierarchy ..access to top management is relatively easier...company is relatively open in sharing progress of the organization as well as bottlenecks

Hikes are relatively not that much even if the projects are doing well bec they have set high bar for the overall company growth and it always needs to be above.

Work from anywhere is only plus till that exists.

Dislikes

No hikes company wide since August 23 & no new updates when increments will resume. Learning are pushed but standards are quite average and you will feel that your time is wasted on things you already know or you need not to know.

It's permanent work from home, no-one come to office. So complete loss of personal touch and learning from each other. And first time I saw that company have promotion interviews and it's like your applying for new job. They are totally demotivating for many.
