Work from anywhere is only plus till that exists.

Dislikes

No hikes company wide since August 23 & no new updates when increments will resume. Learning are pushed but standards are quite average and you will feel that your time is wasted on things you already know or you need not to know.

It's permanent work from home, no-one come to office. So complete loss of personal touch and learning from each other. And first time I saw that company have promotion interviews and it's like your applying for new job. They are totally demotivating for many.
