I worked for Oracle SSI/OCSC/GSC/CSS. Poor leadership and management. Pathetic people. Poor skill levels. Unstrategic leadership. Politics. Insularity. Everything negative you can ever imagine, I have witnessed at this organization. Favoritism. Nepotism. Bribery.

Only work life flexibility and job security

Dislikes

No good projects, no salary hike or promotion or even bonus. Better opportunities outside Oracle can be considered, and you will be lucky if you get a good project and that's also one out of 50 case. Very less on- site opportunity and lot of politics in management level
