After joining feel like this company is not good for job security is 0% , After joining they will provide training and also if you fails in assessment they will fire you. Also after training and assessment they will conduct 1 on 1 meeting interview if that interview fail then they will fire. Because of there product salesforce we can't delete user we can deactivate so by our previous organisation they will check each and every information so this is not acceptable from salesforce.Even they will check when your org is created.as per that they will catch your salesforce experience. Same happen with me I have given 2.1 year of experience but as per org created date I have 1.7 year of experience because of this silly reason they fired me....Read More

First of all, Tableau Team in Salesforce pays really well compared to the market for a support engineer. Salesforce benefits are good when it comes to medical insurance and health benefits.

Dislikes

Poor management. Micromanagement Managers threaten employees by saying that they will extend their probation. Lots of preferential treatment is being done by managers. They will favour their favourites And corner other people. You can't take leaves, if you do they tend to extend the probation. They don't allow work from home. Monday and Wednesday you have to visit office mandatory. If you want work from home on Mondays and Wednesdays it will be counted as Planned Leave. You can't take more than two CL together. There is lots of ifs and buts, but it all depends on your manager. They have heavy targets or metrics to fulfil. Tableau product is complex and they don’t have proper KB articles or processes in place. Note: If you’re not the manager's favourite they will play all sorts of mind games to pull you down. My experience was bad. Given that Salesforece is such a big company, I never expected to turn out to be this toxic. Where Managers are the only bosses out there and they are doing us a favour by providing a job. Our experience or knowledge holds no value in front of their politics....Read More
