working atmosphere is good, if you are working in project than there is job security and if no project than IBU head try to retain you according to your skill which can be useful in future. salary being ELTP(fresher) there is not much growth, there will be annual appraisal and basis on your rating you will get hike but time taken for this process to complete is time consuming

i am working in tech mahindra in machine learning field, problem for this tech mahindra being service based company they dont have real data of company so we work more on cook up data for P.O.C whatever model we have developed , we have not deployed it in real time in production so tech mahindra is lacking in these aspect
