Work culture is very worst. They don't think about your life. They only think about their money because they are getting 10 times pay what they are paying theirs employees. If you are from Chennai then it's golden opportunity to join this company. All heigher position acquired by Trivandrum Chennai office.

They hire and deploy in client locations. you have to deal most of the time with clients. They arrange a SLAM workshop.

Dislikes

They don't support the candidate when you face any issue with clients . Even they don't go to the ground level to find the appropriate solution. They listen to client feedback but not their own employee working with the client. Do not assign a new project once your project gets over. HRBSE sweetly asks you to give resign if you do not agree to that they will give you a termination letter.

Missing immediate leadership in some of the projects No one-on-one discussion during appraisal Minimalist salary hike Short term projects which doesn't allow to settle down and creates unnecessary panic They do not have any projects of their own and basically just do outsourcing If you are lucky you might land up with good client and work longer They do not have good bench strength. You are always in trouble sitting out of the project (on bench) even for a month. You might be asked to look for the opportunity outside any day....Read More
