The job role I worked was too much of work pressure, the manager was not focusing on Quality and was looking for quantity to make money, weekend work are decided by the leads or managers but not us. No matter what employee has to complete the work by extending the working hours that is 9 and has to complete them if it goes more then14+hrs OT will be not paid. They will decide your weekend extend the work....Read More

some of the managers are not good at employees they expect freshers to know as much as 2-3 year experienced candidate.
