Not at all employee friendly, management do not bother about existing employees about pay revision - forget about market std at least try to normalize within the org. Do not bother to retain existing employees by offering at least 20 or 30pc hike rather ready to hire external resource with 100pc increment who will turn out to be fake during checks. Higher management only bothers about increase in HC and decreasing the cost nothing else matters.Read More
