Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - It was an interview for voice process.

There were two HR rounds. Assesments were done mainly on communication skills and job seriousness.
Then there was online assesment where you have to sit on a computer and give three sets of test. First one was 15/16 questions about basic computer knowledge. Secondly, a typing test of 2 different paragraphs.
And third was type of IQ test with some mathematics and reasoning.

After completion of online assesment, there was ops manager round, where I sat in front of a webcam for a video interview.

So basically, according to the job needs you would be interviewed. Communication skills, basic computing and problem solbing abilities are the main keywords for this job. Best of luck 🤞!

When HR’s Chinese English made me drop the interview!
So, I talked to the HR yesterday about the interview. I asked Please send me the location But their English… bro I was shocked! It was like talking to someone jisne english nahi kuch ar hi seekh liya ho, if the HR’s English is this I can only imagine the rest of the company I decided to drop the interview with this chinese english😶‍🌫️
