Previously it was good.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance, Retaliation happens even when they say they are against it but when you say to your big leads NO which you're not comfortable doing it, they make sure your life goes hell in the company. No holidays, no leaves, sick leaves hard to get, no bonus no salary increment the PDO project is ruining day by day, targetting to remove senior employees by hook by crook.

Best company to work with,if you are starting your career from here you will learn a lot of things the best thing of Accenture is, its work environment. Females are provided with much added security. Cab services is the best. Food quality in canteen is good.

Dislikes

Rotational shifts, it takes a toll on your health otherwise the other job factors of this company is really good.If you don't have any problem regarding rotational shifts you should definitely apply for this company.

I have a very nice experience working in Accenture. It's nice and friendly environment makes us confident. This is my first job after graduation and having a great experience. It's work culture is kind of simply great with cheerful environment . Currently I am doing Work from Home since lockdown started. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. We each have a personal responsibility to act ethically and comply with the law , the Code of Business Ethics and Accenture Policies and procedure at all times. It is nice to work here ....Read More
