I don't like anything about Accenture while I was working for the project Verizon because of this project my thoughts for Accenture changed alot.

Dislikes

No job security along with long working hours with strict parameters which are not even achievable that is why resigning rate is way too high if we compare it with hiring. Out of 16 people batch only 2 to 3 people left after the training. The process is Verizon which is too worst to work. Please avoid if they offer you to work for Verizon.

Theres nothing to be liked about this horrible and worst company named accenture

I applied for a role at Accenture where I was confident I met all the qualifications and requirements. However, the experience was worst frustrating and deeply disappointing. Despite being a suitable candidate, it felt like the recruitment process was biased and unfair. There’s a clear lack of transparency, and it seems that candidates with internal references are favored, making the process feel rigged for those who work hard to meet the criteria. The entire experience has left me feeling that Accenture's recruitment system is poorly managed, they are quite loosers and far from merit-based. If a company of this size cannot treat its applicants with fairness and provide proper feedback, it seriously questions the credibility of its hiring process. They need to improve, and fast, if they want to keep any respect as an employer. I request to please give them as low ratings as possible they are thugs...Read More

Accenture is filled with uneducated HR team who will not listen to employees and they will only listen to management. Even if they remove employees they will ask them to pay FNF amount, pathetic company to work with. Useless managers and Team leaders, Airoli location have slum based management. There is no job security they will askyou to resign anytime, they will just play drama of redeployment but there is no such thing. Environment is clean and awesome and transport service is way better than other company...

Worst experience...they offer a handsome package in the beginning and treat you normal for three months only..after training they just showed up their real behaviour to the employee. They didn't even give the second opportunity nor did they schedule an interview for the different process if you haven't cleared the initial process..HR didn't answer your emails or messages n all the candidates who haven't cleared NEE ...they just abandoned them. There is one TL, she is the worst senior I met in acc..she just shows herself as a nice being to everyone but inside she is the only one..who manages the hire n fire things. I find the company just plays hire and fire game ....and here the job is not secured...at all. The company is not a employee centric. They just act normally until your training period ends then after this they will pressured you to meet the targets. Best company for those who are clever and know the sales techniques however for those who haven't worked in the sales field ever they may get into trouble themselves if they joined the com. Even Accenture has several processes still they will ask you to resign from employee end or they will process seperation process from their end. They will not schedule or manage the interview to other processes. HR are cruel n not respond to your emails....Read More
