Nothing , because no proper support from training team, just putting pressure on us .

Dislikes

On the job training is not properly given to new joinees. Training was handovered to consultancy TESTYANTRA, full partiality, no proper support from junior faculties.

Work Details

Capgemini handovered training to consultancy TESTYANTRA, Morning 8 to 8:40pm was the schedule, without proper benches 150members in crowd, just displaying the code. It was really dissatisfaction

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
