Good learning opportunities; have got chance to travel through the company. Job security is there.

Dislikes

The salary doesn't increase as per the market standards until you resign from the company and they don't bother to look into that until then. Everything requires a lot of approvals, up to BU head and CEO in these cases. You may not get ratings what you deserve and it keeps impacting your salary.

They took 3 rounds of interview and after clearing them they asked for documents and told me that will get offer letter in a day and then they vanished, did not reply on email, message or phone
