Management works as per perception. People who are working hard are not getting any promotion or R&R however low performers are getting everything as they know how to talk sugar coated with management. I was pregnant when they got to know they removed my name from upcoming promotion and has given me lots of different reasons for notgiving promotion.also throughout pregnancy I was in stressed and over burden, I would not recommend this company is not for women. Job security wise it's good company if any wants to plan their retirement can choose this company. Work culture is friendly and management also good. IJP policy not so effective without any monitory benefit hence generally people avoid it and think for job switch since in IJP they won't get any monitory benefit.
