Work life here is really good

Dislikes

Rating from manager is not good here . I get 0nly 20000 per month which is my increment from 19000 from last year . For B.Sc and B.C.A. their pay is very low comparing to B.E degree they earn nearly 38 -40k per month which they do the same as me

Here we can learn . But from my perspective with my increment I am not satisfied because they give me on 1k increment per month living my life with 20k per month is tough

Bsc graduates will suffer to get higher position and salary even if you have better skill than engineering graduates. Thay only look for degree. Most of the time you have to teach everything related to skill to a person who having multiple of time higher package than you.
