Work life balance is maintained. Good salary hikes. Immediate management is soft and polite and supportive as well.

Dislikes

Delivery leads are very rude towards team members. Anyone after a discussion with these leads would feel down and demoralised. Communication gap from immediate management to delivery leads is problematic. Unconscious bias is observed in delivery leads. If you're not from their region, they would kick you out of a project as soon as they get another replacement who is from their region. They would make baseless excuses of false escalations that never happened and for next project as well, you'll be interviewed for roles that you don't have experience in just to avoid you getting into their project...Read More
