My development and enhancement was highly appreciate by client and CTS. And will never forget full paid support of CTS for 2 months when my eye sight was inflicted due to health disorder.

Nothing any... full of politics, rude and unfriendly managers who just think I'm at the top of hierarchy and I can do anything

Leadership team decision to delay promotion and salary hikes whenever there is bad market situation so be it Covid-19 pandemic or US presidential elections 2016 they just panicked out of sudden and act unethically against the employees to fire them out of the job by deliberately and unethically penalizing them with the lowest ratingin the year end appraisal process. Later the situation proves not an issue in terms of company still earning fat profits/revenues with only employee got affected....Read More

no work life balance, salary is very less for people who have joined as fresher for upto associate level

hectic, management is only concerned about billing, not aspiration of associates, internal politics is high, more as you move up in ladder. Too much pressure for 9hrs mandatory and role development certification exams, salary is less for so much pressure
