This is my first company. Everything is satisfactory like Benefits, work culture and I feel it depends on the project that how our work-life balance, work environment involves in every company. I got the best ever team and manager they were all good.

Dislikes

They release from the project with some reasons and keep the existing employees on bench or ask to resign then they recruit new people. And work hours had been changed from 9 hours to 10 hours which is hectic for employees. And how much ever we work we don't get proper appraisal for the work we do.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
