Calm and enthusiastic environment, a good work life balance till now what I have experienced. Apart from only work other cultural events also make very refreshing mindset.

Dislikes

One should choose project wisely here. Every will get his domain project or desired project that doesn't happen often. Some projects may run really long even beyond imagination. So one should not aapproach to any project which is beyond his/her comfort zone.

Ive mostly worked in client premises so cannot comment on Cognizant work culture but have a positive outlook towards work culture same like other MNC's.

Limited SAP Projects. 9 hours working hours. Pay is average.

My overall experience with Cognizant was really good. I got good hikes and promotion on time throughout my tenure. All credits to my supportive manager, higher authorities and my hardwork ofcourse.

Dislikes

Getting into a good project and having a cooperative manager is mere luck factor here.
