Overall my experience in cognizant is good. You will get timely appraisal though it has been pushed from July to October after Covid. You will get great learning opportunity be it from Udemy or Microsoft courses or be it Google courses. Work culture will differ from region to region. And most importantly you need to work hard here in cognizant to keep up the pace.
