Nothing.No job security nothing. Cheap politics of management. Don't join this company ever.

Cheap politics played by higher management. Don't have sufficient projects to work for. Most of the time you will be on bench doing nothing. It's a complete waste of your time,knowledge, talent . You will be highly demotivated surrounding such people. Don't provide any facilities.
