In all aspects, IBM is good except hikes. Good work environment and culture, Appraisals are very less.

Dislikes

All the things are good except the compensation. We will not get good hikes every year. Work life balance is good as there is no mandatory working hours in office.

The kind of exposure you receive while working for ibm is commendable. The company take some good care of urs upskilling.

Dislikes

The only problem I feel is compensation advancement are pretty less. A person who want to learn can definitely come and improve there skill set here’s but don’t look out for great packages

I had great team and teammates. IBM is wonderful company and also good for career growth for Freshers.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal structure wasn't satisfying in IBM. It's not flexible with work location within same city but different IT parks.
