The upper management, seems lack of mentorship. You are left alone to sail through the sea and expected that you should handle hurdles by yourself. On the arise of issue the upper management will first try to safeguard their position and question you. Not happy at all.

Hiring mismatch. Hire for BI developer and will assign you job of BI developer without any basic KT on domain knowledge and its jargons. The project planning is similar to one we do in our colleges days -- They hire graphics designer for analytics project on renowned BI tool. waste of resource and irrelevant burden on BI developers.How can a BI tool replicate the visual representation designed by graphics developer or is this even needed. BI tool has its own integrated functionality. There is no proper sitting facility or desk provided and client has no issues with WFH but they will call you to office without any provision for desk arrangement...Read More
