I am fully satisfied with the working culture, job security and work-life balance for which I always want to have IBM as a commany I would dream to take retire of my IT life.

Dislikes

The only dislike area is salary which is quite hard to take good raise on.

I don't prefer working in IBM. There is no hikes and benefit's. Security compliance are very high. Policies are very bad. Always threatening employees for sack. Its managers ruling in office.

Dislikes

Dont like of security compliance like shift policies, time record. Managers behaviour, office timings, always work in night shifts.
