Lot of learning opportunities and initiatives by the company. Work life balance is good based on the projects you work on. There is no work timings, just complete the work assigned and none bothers you. Great co workers, very helpful.

Dislikes

Recognition and rewards are very bad here. Salary hikes are bad and the yearly bonus are the worst. IBM takes half yearly feedbacks on the performance, but it is not taken into consideration. Whatever you work or how many projects you take and deliver quality work managers just give you one liner feedback. It is driven by managers. It is very important for a company to make their employees feel good....Read More

Due to preferred location only i put resignation in previous company and joined IBM. Bad culture, Bad Policy, Bad People

Dislikes

Nothing is to like. Bad IBM policy, joined ibm then have given 2 -3 project call,as i was not selected they forced me to put the paper. Worst rule. Why they have not taken project interview before releasing the order. Else it was not required to put my resignation in previous company.

There won't be any promotion and hike and if an employee work with 200 %dedication ,their won't be any hike at all.I mean how employee will be motivated for the next year and finally they will leave the company.If you need any HR support or IT support,there is no helpdesk number.You have to depend on chat bot which are worst.They neva give proper reply which you really want from them.
