They fired almost all US people and hired us in India to fill those positions and made us work in the day time as per india hr policies and night time as well with US people. Worst working environment. No work life balance. Developer should do everything like end to end support along with on call support which is more hectic 24/7 on call support along with development work. No job security at all. Evil managers Manager is everything. 1 and half year they say you are a good performance and appreciate and suddenly manager say you are poor performance and put you on PIP and make you leave if you don't please the manager. Even your team mates leads and architects says you are doing good. Manager says you are low performance as per her observation. Very worst environment no HRs involved. Manager is everything here. They keep firing people irrespective of performance. Don't ever join ISL with product name SCBN or B2Bi Saas. They fired almost everyone who they hired in last 2 years to replace US fired people. Also they made you work day and night even when you are on notice period and till the last day. They black mail you like if you don't finish all the work whatever we assign until last working day something negative will come in the relieving letter. Worst evil people I have come across.
