The people are good and work is not that complex will get enough help to under if you are new later the expectations will be increased in every other day. Over all it was good.

Dislikes

*Office politics is a big problem there even if you try to avoid you will be dragged. *Very slow growth in skill development as well as financially. *No Officer parties or any other activities.

- No proper process set for employees like exit management/ leave process/ hr processes - Management plays with your career one day they make you scrum master in next month you are just root level Developer with no techanical experience - Salary is not defined as per hierarchy your manager can draw very less compare to you and then you have to face his agony’s. - No proper work life set for developers and management - No proper task set for anybody - There is politics in providing Cab service as well it’s changes person to person based on how you look. - Work not get paid well, asslicking get paid well - while hiring they tell you that your job management one, once you are in company they tell to be a developer so learn and deliver else we will play with your career and put you on PIP....Read More

Only the job security because they want employees those may just workaholic because the 12hrs working with too less income will never satisfy you .

Dislikes

The toxic culture and politics where if you work there with no error (100%) still they'll never appreciate you for anything.. just a tail for your boss and you'll get monthly benefit ( as a reward ) or appraisals..
