Internal management needs to be changed. Nincompoop managers like Vivek Kataria knows nothing except for blabbering. He is not even fit be a manager as he is only having 8 or 9 years of experience. Doesn't know how to talk at all. Unprofessional people like Vivek will destroy 66degrees. For the people who are thinking of joining this company, just 1 advice. Don't go after the WFH option and good pay. They are ready to pay because no one joins this company and they can't get projects if head counts are less. Even after getting hired, there is no guarantee of job security, you might get fired just after 3 months as they don't have big projects. They get small small projects for 8 months, 1 year, 2 years etc....Read More

Only salary was on time but in the month of march end during financial year ending they credit my salary to another persons’s account which has the same name but surname was different.

No prior intimation before layoff. they won’t even intimate you they just assign the projects to be work upon that’s still fine , but while you are already working in projects they’ll just remove you from organisation without any prior intimation or notice, so totally no job security. I would recommend not to join this organisationif you are planning for long term stable job. And removing you from organisation not even a proper reason why they want to fire you just intimating and writhing 2minutes they’ll revoke your access....Read More
