The bond between the employees look like a family and the work is also good with only 5 hours of working

Very helpful and supportive during pregnancy and after maternity leave also able to manage. Work from home option availed after maternity leave.. helpful for baby care

After maternity leave -support was very less from the team and management. They will compare new mother performance with others.. obviously new mother's can't compete with others work after maternity till baby turn one. They will mark as low performance and put in PIP Promotions are rare.
