No growth. Very poor appraisal cycle. Do not keep high expectation regarding appraisals and promotions. Lots of politics going on internally in capgemini engineering unit.

Nothing is good in Capgemini.They don’t even care about our career and just keep freshers on bench for 2 yrs and then force to resign without giving any opportunity for projects.Worst company.Will never suggest anyone.

I loved the project which I worked, the training period experience is good and gave us scope to learn many things. I felt this team so encouraging and supportive in all, career growth is good but work is too heavy felt difficult to maintain personal life
