Extreme micromanagement and use of softwares for tracking activity. Compulsion of working 12 days in office per month, not even 1 day less. Tracking the number of hours spent in office.

There is no likeness about the team which I work with, all are want to be wannabe in team ,specially senior consultant who don't know anything but have great knowledge in playing politics and he is total failure for the position he is in.

Capgemini doesn't have dislikes as such but the project I work with is totally handle by wacky management they don't want you to grow they only want them to grow, total bulls**t

Work Life Balance was good but Due to some Toxic Program manager it ruined the same, They use to ping any time at Sunday or Night, All manual activity we have to do take approval, downtime, troubleshoot and collect the evidence which is not easy for more than 24k servers. Earlier it was good we have to guide the other team for troubleshooting and they use to take care of the downtime. And complete Manual Report which they force us to create daily were as its required only once in a month. Higher management don't listen to you they will keep on saying you don't have any work and keep on demotivating team, Chance of Changing project is also not easy. Chance or learning also is not there you have to stuck with the same product and all the manual activities. At the end I'll tell you that Capgemini is the Great company to work and Best work environment but its all depends on project, One Toxic Senior Leadership will ruin your life in Org....Read More
