Its giving all the benefits like other competitive MNC companies.

Dislikes

Company politics, No job security (it due to recession 2023 maybe). Overall for me its bad. Because without any notice they removed me from project.

Regularly contacting with me and supporting me in all the situations. Appreciating each and every improvements.

Appraisal will not get that much expected because managers will not thinking about individual efforts they will consider only their closed ones then will give good ratings to them.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as i have to execute all the applications in our project by day to day. Incase a small mistake happen cutomer will send an escalation mail immediately. So i have to check that twice before doing.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
