There is nothing to like about Capgemini. It's the worst company you will ever get. There is no development for you here try get out of your are stuck in it.

Dislikes

There will be no promotion. If you will get into a project you can not come out, they will constantly say we will put you on pip. If you are lucky and got promotion you will hardly get 3-5%
