Company culture is good. If you get a good project, manager and colleagues your life will be definitely easy. Don't expect good salary hike anyway.

Everything depends on your project, manager and colleagues. Unfortunately I really had very bad experience on my 2 projects. But my friends had better work life at capgemini. For freshers it is a good opportunity to work here. For freshers there is bond of 2 years.
